Default Rough idle, any ideas?

Hey guys, i dont know why i didnt come here first. I have a 1998 GT manual trans(chassis 190k miles, motor about 90k miles) Its always ran really well, and recently ive been having a problem with a rough idle- its missing and sounding a unhealthy. Ive done Plugs and Wires with Ford parts, recent oil change new battery recently as well. Ive also had it checked for vacuum leaks.

My mechanic cant seem to find the problem and taking it to ford is out of the question, as it is really expensive and only a last resort... Last time i went to ford they took me for $900.

It throws these codes... 1131, 1130, and it threw a 1171 code but it hasn't shown back up since its been reset.

What would you guys suggest? Ive already decided im going to change both upstream o2 sensors tomorrow, i figure from what Ive read its a good place to start if they've never been replaced.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Here is what the shop manual says about P1130--run the possible cause list from the top down (FWIW note that none of the things you have changed so far are on the list).

Are you sure the other was not P0171--lean Bank 1?

Also since only one bank (passenger side) seems affected concentrate on things that would affect only one bank--bad O² sensor, exhaust leak, etc...
