Default Do Eibach Pro springs have any dead coils?

I want to lower my car more but don't want to get another set of springs if I can avoid it. So I was thinking of cutting the ones I have now. Thoughts?

I'm going with these, cliffyk suggested these on another thread. For what you spend on springs, camber plates, and shocks. You'll still spend less on these.

You're safe brah. I cut a coil off my front springs about a year ago. Make sure you cut the bottom...with a saw...not a torch hahaha.

When did they come out with drop spindles? I've been out of the game for way to long.

Did you cut the bottom, or the top coil? I've been wanting to do this to my wife's 04 Mach1, but wanted to keep it stock.

NEVER cut the top! I cut the bottom.

This is what it ended up looking like. It's almost too low. I bang my k member on big speed bumps. When I get my LT's on...i'm going to be driving around like one of those 'form over function' cars lolz!

Thank you. I thought so on cutting the bottom, but just wanted to hear it from someone else. That is LOW, but looks great.

Niceeee. I already have the springs and shocks though, just want more drop. I'll have to get cc plates though. Maybe a bumpsteer kit too. I have the bushings that are supposed to help but I guess I'll find out once I do it.
