First off, this is an unbiased review since i really havent seen many. These pins are for the 05 and up mustangs, for what reason i dont know. I did try to get a few pics at different angles so you can see the good, the bad and the ugly; pun intended!
I did have mixed feelings on these the more i looked over them. Overal visual, they're a really good looking hood pin. On the hood, they are going to look great! the pins are solid, the cables are plastic clear coating and the clips are quality. The cables even have a special connector to the clips so there is no way they can seperate. A down fall in these are the top caps. The contact patch for the clips isnt large enough imho. Im not sure what type of aluminum is use, but it is very light. Could be good, could be bad, only time will tell. The top cap sits on a plastic fixture which should help with rattles. These peices sit on a rubber gasket to help protect paint. The BIGGEST and what concerns me the most, is that these are screwed into the hood! I will be buying socket cap bolts with nuts and large washers. Overal, the appearence is great, quaility is nice but lacks in fuction for a hard core racer/street pounder.
Now pics!

Awesome review! I'm glad to hear you're really happy with the Hood Pins. These are intended for your average Mustang driver but still want's to keep the hood pinned down!
Thanks for the great review. Let me know if you have any questions!

im leaving the latch on for safety even though only the second latch is the only one that catches. im am just a little scared those screws will over time crack the fiber grass, reason im going to bolts, nuts, washers. i think everything will be fine, i just tend to over engineer everything
