Issues after replacing intake manifold
So last weekend I was forced to replace my stock intake(due to a crack) with the only intake I could manage to find that would fit a 4.6L(Ford Racing 2V PI Intake Manifold). The process went smooth until turning the key after putting it back together, when the engine decided to start misfiring. Another thing that came up was the low oil light, which at the time I didn't find noteworthy because I had planned on replacing it next weekend anyways, just got to do that a week early I guess. I found coolant in the spark plug holes on the entire left side of the engine, leading me to believe that the gaskets didn't seal properly, so I took it apart and put it back together again, this time making sure the seal was better. Still misfires, no coolant in the holes this time. I checked all the spark plugs, the fuel injectors(with a screwdriver, stethoscope style), as well as all vacuum lines. Everything checked out. I had an auto parts store plug into my cpu and got an error code for cylinder 7 misfiring, which was the cylinder that an injector stuck in during the removal of the fuel rails on the first time taking it apart. Figured possibly that was the problem so I got myself a new injector, slapped it in... still misfiring. Since putting it together and changing the oil the second time, I have driven it maybe 30 miles just from going around the block after trying things. Tonight, few hours after putting the new injector in, the low oil light turned back on. The oil was filled Saturday night, and it is not leaking anywhere that I can tell. The car was working perfectly last week, aside from an inch long crack in the manifold. So my question... are there anythings that revolve around the manifold, or other pieces removed in the process, that could cause both excessive oil consumption as well as misfiring? If anyone has any tips on where to go with this it would greatly appreciated!

Anti freeze doesn't like to evaporate like water either, check for more residue. Coils don't like moisture.
Just saw a head job done on a Honda, and that thing had steam coming out of it like a sauna for hours.
