Default Dyno number guessing game

Well my car is at the shop waiting to be dyno-tuned. She will be done hopefully Thursday. Just seeing what everyone thinks I'll put down for numbers. My mods are

Mmr 4.75 shortblock
Mhs stage 2 heads with cms stage 3 blower cams
Edelbrock intake, accufab plenum/70mm tb
Vortech v1 strim with 3.12 pulley
eBay fmic, Anderson power pipe
L/T headers, o/r h pipe, flows dumped
Upgraded fuel system

Pretty sure that's everything. I'm thinking 500 to the wheels. Is that setting my goals too high? What does everyone else think

how much boost does the 3.12 pulley normally make on a v1? i dont think 500 should be a problem with the heads and cams

Shoulda dropped the pulley down more, but with the 3.12 I'm thinking 475-500. If you dont get your goal, atleast you'll know you can just drop the pulley and keep going.
