Default 2003 Mach 1 - o2 Sensor Lots of Codes

**REPOSTING THIS WITH A PROPER TITLE AS IT WOULDN'T LET ME EDIT**

I have a 2003 Mach 1 with about 130k miles. I noticed I had coolant leaking and took it to a shop to see what needed to be replaced. Got quoted at $1200 to replace radiator, water pump, and reservoir. I bought the parts myself and did in the backyard everything is good to go. After bolting it all back up, bleeding coolant system, filling, etc, I'm getting the following codes:

P0174 - System too lean (Bank 2)
P1130 - Lack of upstream heated O2 sensor switch-Adaptive fuel limit (Bank 1)
P1131 - Lack of upstream heated O2 sensor switch- indicates lean (Bank 1)
P1150-Lack of upstream heated O2 sensor switch- Adaptive fuel limit (Bank 2)
P1151 - Lack of upstream heated O2 sensor switch-indicates lean (Bank 2)
P1152 - Lack of upstream heated O2 sensor switch- indicates rich (Bank 2)

I'm at a loss... It's worth mentioning that before replacing everything I was already throwing low voltage codes for Bank 1 and 2 sensor 1. Could I just need new O2 sensors? Is it safe to drive this way?

Also - I have Kook's long tube headers and high flow cats if that could make a difference as well. Borla catback after that.

Thanks for all and any help!
