i got mine on today. using the 93 tune by brenspeed. let me tell you something, folks....this thing rocks. the tune totally removed the lag from the throttle-by-wire garbage. i almost broke my neck a few times the first time i drove after the tune from the instant acceleration. if you want to do ONE thing to your new mustang, please get a CAI + tune.

The shield will seat into the hood blanket a little but you'll know that the engine heat is being blocked off and the polycarbonate shield material will reflect more heat than ANY OTHER plastic shield on the market, especially the metal shields.

Hey guys....i was thinking about getting the C&L or JLT CAI/tuner combo.....i hear about the different settings you can adjust with the tuner.....87..89...and 93 octane(which everyone says they use)......by using this 93 octane tuner REQUIRE you to use 93 octane or can you use regular unleaded? and where can you pick up a good C&L or JLT combo?

 

If u are using 93 octane tune , u need to use 93 octane gas.
87 octane tune = regular unleaded gas
I am using 91 tune , on 91 octane gas.
