speaking from personal experience, my xcal took a crap when it was about a year old and brent helped me get it sent to SCT to get fixed and then updated my tunes with no charge... i havent dealt with doug or fred but i dont really plan too either because brents customer service is excellent, and shipping is lightning fast and reliable... i would recommend him 100 times over again... not saying fred at evoperform or doug at bamachips are not as good because i have no experiences with them... its your choice...

do a search about it, I am gonna stop because I have gotten quiet a few msgs regarding this, dont know why just letting people make an educated guess because everyone here seems to be completely blinded on this matter.

Sometime back on several of the forums people were complaining there tunes were too rich, and everybody said this is done for safety reasons from the tuners. Now people are complaining there too lean, I have learned alot by reading these forums but also have realized some people give advice on things when they shouldn't.

Shouldn't? trust me I prob know more about this tunes than most of the people that post info about them.
