I have been told that the new mustang has a pretty free-flowing stock exhaust, including the cats. Unless you plan on installing a pair of catted headers ($1,200-$1,400 plus labor), your are really not going to see much benefit by changing the stock exhaust with aftermarket exhaust/cats. I suggest you saving your money, get a cold air intake with tune and a good set of axle-back mufflers.

Thanks guys, makes me feel even better knowing that my 07 came with a decent flowing exhaust from Ford. It makes me laugh just thinking back when I had my offroad H pipe on my 5.0 and my eyes would burn because it would run rich without cats!
