Does anyone know when the new fast intake is coming out? now that will probably be away over-priced...Its made of plastic and i bet it will be in the $700 dollar range, but 5.0 magazine claims 40hp gains. I had nitrous on a 99 and i popped 2 plastic intakes, i guess that was because i had a 175 shot on it... but man talking about a LS1 killer i had a ton of bolt ons and i ran 11.81@ 116, i am getting nitrous for my06 i hope it can do that well on slicks and a 125 shot.

 

From what I gather they had a hard time with their prototype and have gone back to the drawing board. This is simply hearsay so nothing is for sure. Also, what people don't seem to understand is that their testing was done on a stock motor. Most of us have a couple mods already done, so with our cars breathing a little healthier already you most likely won't see anywhere near a 40hp gain... Though we can all hope.
