I bought bbk intake and well lets just say dont do it! Doesnt add anything but problems unless you got the motor. I will sell you mine very very cheap. I wish I could get rid of it. Shooter gives great advice.

I swapped in a GT500 t/b just cause i ran out of stuff for bolt-ons and was trying to squeeze out every possible bit of power from the stock engine n/a. You really should have the car tuned after installing cause some of the values are different and I can tell while driving on the street but not at the track. there is a bit of hesitation from the pedal to the actual opening which i did not have before using the stock t/b.
as far as gains.....not much maybe .05-.10 second 1/4 mile
like the others said it is a mod that works very well for the s/c cars in particular the whipple/saleen/Kennebell type which draw through instead of pushing into the t/b.
save your money and use it on a good tune and CAI first. you will need the flash tuner for just about everything you do to the car in the future anyway.
