Rear End Fluid Change - Difficult? DIY Guys Please Chime In

I found an upgraded rear end gasket, I think it's called Lube Locker. A little pricey, but it can be used over and over and it hasn't leaked a drop. That RTV stuff is a pain. Read your owners manual too, it tells you how much lube to put in, you don't fill it until it runs out like you used to .

Remove bolts around cover. Pry cover off with pry bar or screw driver. Let drain out. Wipe inside of housing of any crap. Scrape old gasket from housing and cover. Put new gasket/permatex around cover edges and bolt holes. Put back on and tighten bolts. Fill back up via 1/2 driver plug on driver side of top till you can feel fluid with your finger. Tighten plug...check for leaks. Done.

So is the viscosity 75W140 or 75W90?
