X CAL 2 Failure

My X CAL 2 has failed. It will let me load the tunes as long as I dont change any parameters. Has anyone experienced this? I would like to know if other members have experienced this and what did you do to remedy the situation.

(Note: I spoke with Brenspeed today about this and they did give me a few options to take that Im not all crazy about.)

are the optional parameter changes the only thing it won't do?

As far as I can tell at this point, yes. The tunes will load fine, as long as I dont change the parameters.

I had a problem with my Xcal 2, it would earse the cars computer and not load any tunes, which trust me really sucked, I had to send the Xcal to SCT they fixed and sent it back, car was down for about 10 days. If I were you, I would call SCT, they may recommend updating or reflashing the Xcal, but if that does not work you most likely will need to send it in.
