C&L street intake or the JLT II intake are both awesome, and contact Bamachips or Brenspeed for you tune (you can purchase your intake there too).

btw, how does a car get sold as new with 1800 miles on it? what did you pay for it?

Thanks guys. I am going to go with the C&L street intake and sct tuner from brenspeed. I found a nice webpage with detailed pictures of someone installing that exact same intake. Looks pretty straightforward.

It had never been titled to anyone, so I guess it is correct to sell it as new. It probably was used by the dealers some as a demo, and test driven some. I paid $24,350, but the sticker was $34,500. The 2008 equivalent is about $37,500 sticker. They wanted $26,900 when I walked in the door and said they couldn't move off that price. So I am reasonably happy paying what I did. I know the KBB used value is less than what I paid, but buying a new car was worth the extra money to me. All of the used GT convertibles I looked at smelled like air freshener and looked and felt used to me. This car smells and looks brand new (you can't beat new car smell). Hopefully it will run better with the new intake/tune.
