Default Rearend Noises

Hi guy's, I have an 07 Mustang GT. I have been having a problem getting my rearend to ride right. The rear was riding fine when it was in the stock setup. w/3:55 gears.
I then had a local shop put the Torsen T2 in it. The gears started to make noise. They took the rear apart again and replaced the pinion bearing. That quite it down alittle. It was not so loud that I had to redo it. So I let it go for a year. Then it started to make alot of noise. So I took it back today the shop replaced the gears, carrier bearings, and pinion bearings. It's still making noises. I don't know if there is a problem with the Torsen or The rearend housing. Anybody have ever had this problem????

It would help if you described the noise and when it's happening.

Well I found the problem with the rear end. It turns out that the Torsen T2 I had put in was bad from day one. After doing the rear end 6 times and three differant gear sets I am back to my stock rear end. And lesson cost me almost $2000. Thanks

well that sucks, most aftermarket rears will make more noise then stock, will they replace the rear under warranty?

Taco Bell/White Castle will do that. Delicious, yes. Happy stomach, no.

On a serious note, if it whines, I think there is a TSB. Don't know it off-hand.
