5R55S TCI Converter help
I dont own a Mustang but I do own a Lincoln LS that Im currently hotrodding, without a tune it put down 239 to the wheels out of a 245cubic inch engine so its pretty darn efficient. Anywho, it makes power but its mainly mid/upper and the car doesnt get out of its own way very well coming out of the hole, Im talking 2.2/2.3 60 foots with plenty of traction so Im looking at getting the TCI streetfighter. Im just looking for some help on how every day driveability is and if any of you did anything else with the converter(trans cooler, tune, anything) Thanks and if I didnt just have a son I would have got a GT, couple more years..

i put the 3000 in my mustang and couldn't tell any difference in normal driving only time u can tell its in there is when you foot brake and it will stall up about 500 more rpm's than stock and it when from dead hookin to being a tire burner that had to have drag radials. probably 1 of the most noticeable and best mods i've done. if i had it out already i would sell u mine for a discount,i'm putting a nitrous converter in mine soon as i can get around to it.
