SCT Tuner Problem, HELP!!!

Well i odered my new sct x3 from brenspeed and it was delivered today. When I went to install the custom tune I keep getting an error when it tells me to turn the key to the on position. Error = Error 1019 Unlock ECM Failed. Whatsis this?
