Sent him $240 via PayPal for a White Rear Bumper. About a month and ten days have passed and nothing, I opened a dispute recently so hope I will get my money back.

Paypal is horrible. I've had them attempt to steal money from my account twice in the past, and it resulted in me shutting the attached bank account down.

Paypal hasn't been good to me either. I only buy on ebay and have never sold. I have had two items never come and had to file a dispute and it took well over a month before my money was refunded. I am happy I got my money back, but it was a real headache to deal with and makes me worry about any transaction I ever do online, even when not using paypal but a cc on another site. Glad to hear everything worked out for the buyer and seller of the tuner.
