sct x3 firmware issue

sct x3 firmware issue
was having issues with the tuner it wouldnt let me view the data logging and was giving me errors at some other settings so i updated the firmware and now it tells me wrong firmware installed and im sure i used the right one because i have the enhanced version. Is there a way to set it back to the old firware cause now it wont do anything? tech support is closed for tonight and im goin nuts.
