I bought 4 low profile ramps(2 3/4") from Discount Ramps .com for $86.00 total. Mine is lowered and I got tired or 2 x 6 's flying out the back tires when I needed to lift up the front and rear of the car.

Pumpkin jacker with a block of wood, have used ramps, but I have also changed them without jacking.

Jack under the pumpkin unless your differential cover has a lip that extends beyond the pumpkin. I don't recall what the stock diff cover looks like.
