Default Ordered my Roush Exhaust finally

Well it finally came time to work on the exhaust of my car. Everytime i go to a show or cruise I end up with exhaust envy. We went last weekend and were behind a 2V GT with flows and the wife (who thought my car still looked just like it did stock with the new suspension and wheels and generally misses the point of anything i do to the car) goes "wow why deosn't your car sound like that?" i guess mods to a car are about as noticible for some women as when she comes back from the beauty shop with a new hair cut that looks exactly the same to me.

Now I am debating on wether to install myself or have a shop do it. I don't have jack stands or any tools to speak of so I am betting consdierng the car is new and doesnt need wrenching often and since i dont generalyl have time to wrench on it myself anyway having it installed would be about the same cost as buying the tools i need and jack stands that woudl be in my way after the install lol.

I get the same reaction from my fiance with mods! Its about time you got that exhaust, now your beast is gonna finally sound like a beast! I've heard that exhaust isn't very hard to hook up, but I've never done it either. BTW, I changed my axle backs in my driveway with out even jacking it up.

The pipes that run from the H back to the axle can be challenging without a lift.

If you get the car up on stands and have a nice day out, I'm sure it could work that way too. However, on a lift, its only a 45 minutes job.

Be sure to post a video of how she sounds after the install... I would love to know what a Roush charged Mustang with Roush exhaust sounds like... I don't know of any around me now...

Just drive up to Georgia Shane, and we can put her up on the lift for free, that's cheaper than tools . Luckily, my wife is really into the mod thing, or I wouldn't have been able to do this much this quickly. Then again, she drives it more than me, she's the first one out the door in the morning.
