Default O2 Sensor Problem

I recently installed a pair of no-name shorties that i bought from Ebay. After working out the kinks i started getting a P2197 (Left-side stuck lean) code. Is changing the tune needed on shorties or do i have a problem with the sensor? I've checked everything from wiring to possible leaks. Everything is normal.

I had this problem after I installed an off road X-pipe. It turned out that I had an exhaust leak at the flange. It was sucking in oxygen under accelleration. Basically it ruined the 02 sensor. So check for a leak, fix it, clear the error code see if the code comes back. If it does you will need to replace the sensor. The underlying problem is usually an exhaust leak before the sensor. Even a very small leak can be a problem. Good luck!
