Default LT header guys, **** pit noise???

I have the Kooks LT's with cats. When I'm at idle or cruising at low RPM's the exhaust sounds normal, but when I step on the gas it sounds like my passenger side collector either has an exhaust leak or bad vibration from the heat shield. Does anyone else have this issue? When I get under the car at idle I can't feel any exhaust leaks.

Headers will be a little louder. Look for traces of black soot around the passenger side collector, that would indicate a leak. Also check the header bolts on the passenger side.

The motor mounts may also transmit a little more nvh into the cabin.

remove the heat shield and cover the back side (car side) with heat resistant Dynamat.

Definitely don't have any of what you're hearing with my Kooks LT setup. Would check for leaks as indicated above..

Check the clearance between the LT's and the Front A arm knuckles

On my Mac Longtubes it is super tight and I had to clearance it (I also have a Steeda control arm relocation kit)
