i have a 2007 gt 4.6 5 speed with steeda cai and exaust and it has seemed to be running rough lately...

when i am cruzing around in a higher gear and try to speed up a little bit it will sometimes bog way down and the a couple seconds later it will run just fine.

i have also smelled some new smells coming from the car that kinda smell like antifreeze?

and finally i drove the car to work this morning after letting it warm up and when i left to go to lunch it was smoking a little bit out of the exausts.. i dont know if it is still cold even though it reads warmed up or what..

any input helps thanks

How many miles do you have on the car? If it's over 40k or getting close to it, you may want to swap out the fuel filter. A dirty fuel filter will start to bog the car down and you start to see a drop in MPG's.

its got 43,000 miles on it and i get about 17 - 18 mpg in town and anywhere from 22-27 mgp in town..
