!!!..somebody help..!!!
hmmm his first video the challenger vs mustang isn't even a 5.0 as he claims. first no where in that video in the description or in the comments does it say that it was anything other than a "mustang". never was it said that it was a 5.0, or a gt for that matter.
second the time was a 14.1, thats more in line with the 2011 v6.
third for the "record" holding mustang vid you posted. its not stock at all, i looked the car up.
heres a list of mods for you:
06 mods
AAR lightweight radiator support
Pulleys
Short belt
Shorty headers
off road x pipe
OEM clutch
Aluminum flywheel
Weld 15" wheels
1 piece steel driveshaft
Front and rear lower control arms
Roush springs (modified by AAR)
Stock original shocks and struts
Line loc
Short throw shifter
2 step launch control
Cold air intake (Modular Depot)
SCT x-cal2 tuned by AAR
IMRC eliminator plates (not port matched)
4:56 gears
GT 500 throttle body
AAR lightweight rear brake assembly
Light weight front brake assembly
Slicks and skinnies
Battery in stock location (Not OEM battery)
3200 pounds with driver
1 Kirkey seat
and both those others aren't exactly lightly modded. personally when someone tells me a mustang is lightly modded i think cai, tune, maybe some gears.
all of those mustangs sans the first video you posted of the sixxer have much more done to them. what i would call moderately modded.
also your mustang is a heavily modded na setup running whats this? a more aggressive cam with 3.73 gears and street tires? the problem with your low end is not your tune, its the cams. it moved the powerband up and is providing more power in the higher rpm ranges now your engine has probably had the limiter upped too?
3.73 may be a bit tall for those cams. get some lca's and drag radials and drop the street tire (maybe go to a shorter 4.30 rear)and see if your still complaining.

not sure if srs
first off no stock 05-10 mustang is going to run 12.6 stock
and your comparing stock times from your 06 to the 11+ 5.0 mustangs
you do realise the 06 Mustang GT is rated at 300bhp compared to the 11+ GT's 412bhp?
::edit::
I see you mentioned nearly stock running 12.6 still not happening, im with what modru2004 said, what i would call "moderately" modded

GOOD GRIEF.
I did not want to be rude and I hope this does not seem rude
but I'm coming out and saying it, I can't take it anymore...
To the person who posted this thread.
YOU NEED TO TYPE BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!
Take your time, type complete sentences using punctuation,
and capitalize your first word at the beginning of the sentences!
I won't say anything about the spelling we can distinguish the words but...
YOU ARE MAKING YOU POSTS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO UNDERSTAND CORRECTLY
WITH THE WAY YOU ARE TYPING.
Many people won't even bother reading your posts with the way they are presented because it is so hard to do so, much less provide you with help.
Slow down and take your time!
WE ALMOST NEED A DAMN ROSETTA STONE JUST TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THE HECK YOU ARE TYPING!
And yes most of the mods you have on your car aren't even wise modifications that are power gainers.
It's almost as if you just went and grabbed mods based on their price and threw it on your car, then
expected to have big power gains from them.
By the way... mods and power don't add up like 1, 2, 3 as far as power gains.
Example:
CAI plus tune plus thottle body plus pulley... adding all separate gains for a total.
Many combinations of mods will net you different gains and perhaps even losses when combined with each other.
And I will also agree with another comment. I think some of your mods may be
HURTING your gains rather than helping them.
