You can bore the 3v up to .030" with the stock sleeves although a lot of places dont even recommend .030. To go bigger than that they mill out the sleeves and slide up to a 3.7" piston sleeve in.

tanner05, did you buy a short block already stroked or did you have your facotry one machined? Also what stroke did you get? and do you wish you would have went to a big bore setup or are you happy with it just being stroked?
