Default Shaker 500 continuously seeks

My Shaker 500 recently stopped playing CDs and continuously seeks tracks on each cd without sound. All other functions work fine. CDs come out and load fine, just seek mode on all CDs. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. Have a 2006 GT. John

Thumbs up Never get a multi-CD player !!!

If you want to keep an original Ford CD player find a single CD player. Every multi-CD player breaks down whether it's car or home. I'm looking now because mine is skipping, not ejecting, making noises and pissing me off.

The best thing my Shaker head units ever did, was become the focus point for my Desert Eagle .44 Mag!! Those things took a pretty good beating before falling apart!!!
