Default 02 sensor issues

Dont know if this is where I should post this, but any help would be appreciated. Now, my problem is my bank 1 sensor 1 and bank 2 sensor one 02 sensor keep popping codes for heater resistance, p0053 and p0059 and occasionally a gas cap code(third new gas cap). Never just one always both at the same time, I can clear the codes and the car will run perfect for 1-5 days depending on weather. Cold weather it will stay off, anything above 60 outside and they pop on consistantly. Like I was saying, it runs perfect after codes are cleared, but the second the code pops back up, I have throttle lag issues, slight transmission shift issues, and bad gas mileage, sometimes rough idle. Also have an ac circuit issue, not sure if it's in the same circuit.

what's been done to the car:
Cold air intake
91 octane tune for intake (yes did it without the tune also)
new plugs, new coils, new egr solenoid and valve, evap system checked, all possible vacuum leaks checked, new fuel pump, new front and rear 02 sensors, fuel pressure correct, new fuel pump driver, cleaned throttle body, and in forget the rest lol
Like I said in direction I can be pointed in would be greatly appreciated, been trying to fix this issue the past year
