Default Need Help with automatic 05 gt

I’ve been experiencing chugging and lack of power for the longest time and I don’t know what it could be. It started one day and progressively got worse and the chugging only happens at around 1500rpm when shifting from 2nd it’ll drop there and get stuck until I floor it. My car is okay at higher speeds there’s still noticeable lack of power though and its also much worse when the a/c is on. If anyone can help or point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. I have a data log but I cant attach it I can take a picture if needing more info but Here’s a list of everything I’ve done recently just for general maintenance/hopes it would maybe fix my prob:

New coil packs and spark plugs
New fuel filter
New air filter
Cleaned MAF
Ceaned throttle body

And the only mod I have is a cat delete

When did you last have the auto tranny fluid & filter changed?

In that case you'd better do it then. Even if that doesn't solve your problem, your tranny will be happier with a new filter and fresh fluid.

Start with the fluid like DIno suggested. How many miles are on the tranny?

Not may miles but then that leads me to believe it's never been changed at all. Manual states some stupid amount (like never) or 100K. At 15 years old, time to change the fluid.
