whats so different between 20psi out of a t3 verses a t61?

And our 2.3 blocks are much stronger than any 302 ever made. A stock 2.3 short block will handle more power than you will think. My bottom end is stock 100,000 miles and loving every bit of the way I hammer down :-D

 

I don't know much but would like to know what setup all around like trans and everything if someone could help... I have a 1989 foxbody with a 2.3L efi with only 40,000 miles on it and would like to turn it into a track car in remembrance of my father. If anyone could help I'd really appreciate it.
