Default 93 Lx No power and cuts off

I have a 93 Lx that will run fine at idle sometimes, then will start missing on two cylinders, and when I put it in gear it runs really rough and stalls out. New to mustangs so I have no idea whats wrong, any help would be appreciated

I would still warm it up and have it code checked. You may have some CM codes in there that wont trigger the CEL.

Almost sounds like a coil pack going bad. Have you tried switching your coils to see if that makes any difference? What do your spark plugs look like?

It could very well be the DIS. However, that is kind of costly to replace. I was trying to eliminate some possibilities here that you hadn't mentioned working on. If the rest of your ignition system is known to be good, then go for it.

Test the one you have, make sure it is bad. Then buy a new one
