Trickflow Stage 1 cam....Few questions
I was looking at the trickflow stage 1 cam, read a few good articles about it.
I'd be running it with GT40p heads, the heads have .600 springs and, the valves are 1.94/1.54 stainless high flow with 60cc chamber.
What would i have to change to run this cam ?
Do i need new lifters and pushrods ?
The head specs say pedestal mount rockers required, i'm not too sure of what pedstal mount is.

I would go w/ roller rockers instead of the stamped ones that come stock for sure. Depending on how old your lifters and pushrods are, you may want to replace those while you've got it all out anyway.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but pedestal mount rockers have a bolt down thru them and the stud mount have studs that you mount on the head and then usually have poly locks to hold them on.
If you go w/ 1.6 rockers you should have plenty of piston to valve clearance, but w/ the .510 exhaust, you might want to check w/ TFS or Ford to see if 1.7's would clear.
