that problem happened to me i have the 6a box here i sent it back to summit as defective and they sent me another one and that one worked so you possibly could have a bad box

Personally I think they are junk. I had one, blew 2 modules in 2 weeks. Put the old one back in and never a problem again.

Mine works just fine. What is your timing set at? If you are getting spark, then there is some other problem. I think timing is way off, or not aligned with TDC

when the #1 piston is at top dead center, the rotor needs to point almost straight back, just a little to the right.

if it is off by one tooth it wont start.

Thanks for your input guys and girl

. I think i'm going to re read the instructions one more time and start from scratch. The last time I attempted to install it was about 3 months ago. So, once I have everything in place with all the specs, if still my baby doesn't start, I'm just gonna exchange it for a new one. I did buy it from summit as well. I hope they can exchange it given that I have no receipt. It is still BRAND SPANKIN NEW, so I hope I could.
