Default question about headlights

my friend bought a wig wag, for his '90 mustang, here is the problem on the instruction it says "installation of this flasher must not be attempted on vehicles with ground side swtiched headlight" does his mustang have that?, what is that about?, were puzzled, 'cuz if it works on his I might buy one for my '92. any help would be appreciated

..dude, flashing lights lol. its for like cops ghost cars, so they can pull people over, or firemen, etc.. if you arent one.. why do you want them. i have them in my 99 silverado, but im a fireman..

its going on his car for show only, he was thinking of using strobe lights, but i had heard about the flash light thingy, i told him, and he liked the idea so that is what he going to use, i think ther r only one when u turn them on

if he uses them for show only, like he says he is, i don't think you can get in trouble for just having them in ur car, or can u?, if he does I ain't put it on mine
