what year explorer are the gt 40 heads on and will they bolt directly on to a 89 5.0

There had been a pinned thread in here before about junkyard parts for 5.0's, I don't know where it went, must've been moved (I haven't been here myself in a little while) Anyway I know they ended about mid 97 and then Ford switched to the improved GT40P heads with the new sparkplug alignment that supposedly need specific headers to fit. The regular GT40 Explorer heads should bolt right on, and the intake from an Explorer is similar to the Cobra 5.0 intake and worth using too.
