Default Need Help FAST!!!!!!Please

I was trying to put the oil filter on my rebuilt engine. The block i am using is out of a 97 explorer. As some of you might know the explorer uses a adapter for the oil filter. Unfortunatly the FL1A filter will not fit on the thread cause the thread is to big. I took the thread adapter off but the anyone know if i can by the right fitting for this block. I hop i explained it well enough for someone to understand.

I thought I could do that since the thread on the expolorer lock was removable, nd i thought the thread on the Mustang block would do the same. Thanks a lot bro, I appreciate it.
