Hello folks... I am new to this forum but not to my Mustang, A 1990 GT. I just put in a new Engine, 306 cid., with GT 40 alum. heads and Cobra upper and lower intake. E-303 cam. I'm getting massive amounts of oil in the PCV system....enough to foul the 4 rear plugs with # 4 and # 8 being the worst. I've put 3 sets of gaskets on the lower intake, the blue ones from motorsport thinking I had a leak there. The last set of gaskets I removed were oil soaked half way up from one end to the other. The cats are getting hot as I can feel the heat through the floor. I was thinking massive vacume leak. I can not seem to be able to find any reason for the massive amounts of oil i'm getting into the PCV system. The engine has just over 2,000 miles on it. Has anyone else suffered with this as well ? I would appreciate any input on this dilema. Thank you.

Maybe the screen that goes under the pcv isn't there anymore. Its purpose is to prevent oil from being sucked up.

I forgot to mention that.... The screen is in place as well as the baffle under the intake.... rubber gromet is new as well as the PCV.
