Default Whats the trick for a stuck Disb. Rotor??

Picked up Accel cap and rotor today. I last replaced it about 6 years ago no problems, well today I can't get the damn rotor off, read on other auto forums, that you just crack it off with a pair of channel locks, any Ideas cause this baby is frozen on.. just ended up putting the new cap on.. Thanks

No locking or set screws, last time I changed it, it did come right off ( I forgot to mentioned This is 89 GT 5.0) Might try a heat gun

wd-40?
Use something that flamable in an area with a lot of enegry and spark, not always the best idea. All it takes is one ark between the rotor and cap and you have a fire.

All fixed and running good, thanks for the help guys. I borrowed a curved screwdriver with a filed down edge that I could position just right, put a little bit a wd 40 at the bottom of rotor than pryed it out came out hard but came out.. End of story no,, on the new rotor the darn hole wasn't the same size diamanter had to drill the thing out a little to get that one on..looking at the old one and new one side by side you can see the difference in the holes,, so anyone buying these accel cap and rotors beware might be a bad batch out there.. is it just me or does anyone else have 10 min jobs that turn into 2 hour projects???(lol)
