Default stock exaust restriction??

Just how restrictive is the exaust on a 95?? The reason I ask is b/c Im trying to keep my car as low profile as possible and Ive ordered a set of trick flow heads with the street intake and I wanna know if this will be pointless without exaust. Can I get away with just new headers?? Also with the new heads can I keep my e-cam, or should I get the twisted wedge cam?

heres my mods:
bbk cai
bbk 75mm tb
bbk 190 fuel pump
msd 6al
ford racing e303
c&l 73mm maf(not installed)
ford racing 24# injectors(not in yet, waiting to buy lines)

the stock exhaust is not that restrictive, the only thing is cats will hurt your performance a lil but not much. you can keep the b cam but you might make more power with the trick flow cam.

its always better to open up the exhuast, but if you need to keep cats on it,
i guess that something you'll have to deal with

you can keep the cam and at the very least, get some headers and some mufflers that flow very well. will help with those cats being there.
