Default 4180 Fuel Leak

I'm looking for some suggestions for solving a fuel leak on the stock 4180 carb on my 83 Capri. For a long time, when the car sits for a couple of weeks without being cranked, it will spray fuel from the locations marked with the arrows in the attached picture. After allowing it to spray briefly, and then letting it sit for an hour or so, the leak would re-seal, and I could drive the car. Lately, the leak hasn't been re-sealing. From the construction of the carb, it seems like the circular areas in the picture are pressed in plugs, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know if this is the case, and if they can be pulled out an replaced? Any other suggestions on ways to seal this leak?
