rebuilt trans, pulled trans off the bellhousing leaving the clutch installed, replaced the throwout bearing. shifted fine for about 10 miles and now it looks like the throwout bearing is broke. any ideas on why this happened???

The throw out bearing prob wasnt made to have that much pressure on it. What kind of clutch you got? Centerforce, Spec, King Cobra?
