Default Long Tube Headers

Looking for suggestions on Long Tube Headers:

Currently running BBK 1" 5/8" equal length straddling a T-56 connecting to Bassini's High Flow X Pipe. The Tranny and Pipe will stay.

I really want to let this puppy blow with some long tube headers. However, I am concerned about the fitting. The motor is pulled now and it will be sitting on a Tubular Frame and A-Arms so that should allow a little more hand room.

Is there anyone out there running a 94-95 stang with Long Tube Headers? If so what is the diameter? What do they connect up to?

Keep the flashers on when you blow by the LT1's

Well, it might be different for thier SN-95 headers but after going through what I went through w/ my MAC LT's I will never buy from them again. Their coating was absolutly HORRIBLE, they are suuuuuuuch a biatch to install and I literally had my motor 3/4 out of the motor bay before I even could get them out. And to tell you the honest truth, I was not very satisified with their sound. I expected a much deeper, louder tone than they produced. Alot of my fitment problems with the LT's were also because I had an auto. It would be much easier w/ a 5spd.

Hello, I recently installed a pair of BBK long tube ceramic coated w/ matching X-pipe no cats. I noticed a huge power increase, maybe because I was running stock crap w/4cats.. Fitment wasn't the best, X-pipe didn't line up the best with the pass side collector, had to squeeze the collector together to get to fit and use ultra copper also.... The dipstick tube had to be modified for the flange to mount to stud of the xhaust flange.....are you going to run your EGR still/ I did not run it, but it lookslike the tube will not be in the stock location, you may have to bend....
Good luck,, I really like them...otherwise....

94 vert5.0 vortech w/12psi,y303heads, ported cobra,e-cam w/1.7,80mm maf in fender,70mm bbk tb,smog pump eliminator,42# inj, will be dyno tuning shortly, when the Mr. freeze gets hooked up,,, hoping for 550 or so at flywheel.....

DO NOT GO WITH MAC, THEY HAVE INDIVIDUAL FLANGES THAT MAKE INSTALL A REAL PAIN.....STAY AWAY FROM THEM.....
