Default Tranny Cooler

Does anyone know how a tranny cooler works? Also is there more than one way to hook it up? I currently have a aod, will the addition of a tranny cooler be noticable. Thanks for all the info.

Yes it will be noticeable if you have a gauge.

The life will certainly be increased.

As far as the installation you can run it by its self or in series with the radiator.Its up to you.

good good for the AOD....... Mine ran smoother afterwards, and the center console doesnt burn the shiz outta everything

The oil cooler is connected in series with the radiator.

Tranny---fluid--->radiator--->Cooler--->Tranny

The cooler is just like a mini radiator which circulates the fluid through numerous channels.
