maybe, it used to be you had to go through the basic tech school first but I'm not sure how they are running it now, its been a couple years. Wish I didn't still owe $18K though.

I was gonna order the s/c from him also, he kept dropping the price, and was real anxious to get the money asap. I called paypal about his account and she couldn't really tell me anything becasue of "privacy" issues, but she did advise me to not send him money! So i took her advice

thats what im saying. i dont wanna screw myself by flipping out. i seen that he logged on tpday and he didnt answer my PM again. DONT SEND MERZAING ANY CASH GUYS!!! ill let you know if i get it but for now, im feelin reamed raw yall. ive talked to at least 2 other people who havent got thier stuff yet either. its all good though. my uncle is a US MArshall...he he. ill get him if he gets me ya know..

Say I knew I recognized that name "Scott Meyer" I bought a power steering pump and he took forever to ship it. I had to threaten him cause he never withdrew the listing from ebay after I bought the item on the side. He came through though. I still have the box with his number if you need it.

ripped me off for $107 for a cobra mass air meter.
he did the same thing, then eventually told me he was ripping me off.
at the same time nanareeves was supossed to ship me a cobra computer I paypaled $375 for it and he gave me the runaround too, saying he shipped it, and never did.
I bidded on all his stuff just to screw him over and he got me banned.
by the time I explained my situation to ebay it was too late to do anything about the MAF.
so I learned 2 things from my experience.
1. get their phone number and talk to them personally before sending any money,
2. dont wait too long if they dont ship it.
you can contact your local police and they will do something about it.
