i know it was a stupid q but i had to make sure of something.

titanium? that'd be heavy as hell

also how prone are the blocks to rust?
Not a stupid Q, they have alluminum blocks too so it was a fair enough question, we were just havin some fun :P

Titanium? That'd be so much lighter than iron, iron's heavy :\ Next to steel I believe in weight, correct me if I'm wrong.

They oxidize, but don't rust right through, nothing to worry about.

Default RE: quick question

yea i did something realy stupid... i was replacing the spark plugs and i ran out of time and i needed to go back to school whcih is 2.5 hours away. so it's been sitting in my driveway for 2 weeks without plugs and the cylinder is wide open for moisture and crap.

what i'm thinkin is that it'll be just a little surface rust which will go away when finally cranked... i'll be going home this friday after finals so i'll be able to put the plugs back in.
