I am also curious about this eec tuner.
who makes it?
I have a 73mm c&l mass air meter and 24# injectors and the 24# sample tube
I use an A9L computer everything works fine.
I also have a X3Z 93 cobra computer, the computer is calibrated for the 24# injectors, so when I used this setup, I had to use the 19# sample tube for it to work.
it worked great, accept when decelerating it would pop, and my A/F gauge went so lean there was nothing lit up anymore.
I tried it with the 24# sample tube and it was running rough, and rich.
so, the different sample tubes fool the computer into having a lower voltage from the maf making the injector pulsewidths shorter to compensate for the higher flow.
it works fine when at full throttle, but at part throttle, the load values are not right.
sometimes mine hesitates, when I mash the gas.
for the most power and fuel economy it would be best to get a chip burned, or a tweecer ect..
I am tired of thinking so thats it for now

Added: See....that's what happens when you have 3.2 second 60 ft. times.....even "granny launching"...

Cons?....the only one I can think about is, that it's not as "popular" as the Tweecer or PMS......(try asking if anybody has a Schneider cam in their 5.0L, and they work depending on the combo) once you get into tuning, modifying scalars and load tables....you'll want more. For example, I'm currently working on a '95 that had the base Tweecer, we upgraded to the Tweecer RT and WB O2's to datalog and fine tune everything....A/F and timing is critical, since this is a S/C setup w/C6 tranny......again....GO FOR IT!....my
