what would be the best transmission fluid to run in my tranny?

But lets face it, if you powershift and drive it hard its gonna break in 5 months any way lol

you are supposed to run GM syncromesh in it. what tremec recommends.

Tremec does recommend synchromesh for their trannies, but the T5 is the same as the WC borg warner tranny, which uses ATF. Their other trannys are more heavy duty and the synchromesh benefits them more.
