Default Plug gap

Anyone got any advise on what I should gap my plugs to? '89 GT. & the only engine parts that should matter I think are the major engine parts i have on. (explorer intake, x303 cam, full mac exhaust)

Any suggestions? they are at .046 now

I have mine gapped at .45
That seems to work well for me.
I also went with one plug colder because the motor is boosted and I drive highway mostly.

but my car isn't stock. I don't expect the intake or exhaust to change what the gap should be, i do however expect the cam to.

Whatever they come out of the box gapped at. Just go over each and make sure they are all relatively close. Technicly, between .042 and .054. Plug gap isn't as critical as some folk think it is, plus you run the risk of F' ing up the plug or ground strap.
