Default ? On Sub-Frame Connectors?

I did a search and read some stuff. But do you have to take the back seats out and roll the rug up to weld on full length sub frames?

I would think the heat from the welds may have a scorching effect on the carpet.... imo.... gonna find out sometime in the future though...

My subframes come through the floor pan but thats only to add extra strength. I'm had my entire interior gutted when my chassis work was done though.

you do not have to pull the carpeting

just take your time welding them in

well, you dont have to, but even on low heat, it gets really hot. so its kindof a gamble, whether you want to take the extra time removing the seat and pulling up a little of the carpet as to be sure the carpet doesnt catch on fire and you have to pull it out and replace it.
