That happened to me twice! It was great for me... I got 3700 for the first one. Bought it back for 275. Then with the 3425 I had left I got it fixed and got a new cowl hood, Cervines front and rear bumper and cat back exhaust! And then went on... It only got totaled because they could not find a fender! HAHA (8 months later)Then the second time, (it was bad) I just fixed it as best as I could, took all of my goodies, bought a 89 and sold my trashed one for 3500. I also got 3300 from the insurance company...

How bad is your car? If its not bad, I would get a New mustang, swap all your stuff to your new mustang; old stuff to the crashed one. TRY to get the crashed one into an OK state, Sell it; and go on with it. Sure it's a lot of work, but in my case, it was the only way out. Had way to much stuff done to my 88 to just let it sit.

There trying to pay me 1,460 bucks for my car... I cant get another stang with just 1,460 bucks.... I am one ticked off person now... I told them There buying me a new mustang (new to me but not really new, something like the one I DID HAVE!) or there fixing my car..

If you go into the wall paper section to the 87-93 stang my stang looks like the only black one on the wall papers but grey int. black top, and a white SVO fiberglass hood.. The claims adjuster said it is worth around 1,200 because thats the blue book price but yet says 1,460 because of the mod's... My car had no dents, needed door panels and the paint job it had on it could have been gone over.. But it was a really nice looking car. Ok 1,405 for the stereo and alarm.... Ok let me take that back he was offering me 55 bucks for the car right? I wish I had pic's to show.. Wish I had a camera too.
